I considered Flikr a few months ago but it seems that since they were bought out by Fantastic Fox Inc. they now only want photos actually taken by the account holder. Their rules include: "Don't upload anything that isn't yours. Accounts that consist primarily of such collections may be deleted at any time." In their FAQ I found: "Posting photos that you didn't take isn't allowed on Flickr. Accounts are deleted without warning for doing so."
