Bf 109G-14, 5xxx, S.G.101

Hi, guys.

In the loss record of 09.09.1944 several Bf 109G-14 are mentioned as destroyed at airport Brünn, unit reported as S.G.101.

Unfortunately the WNr are reported in 4 digits only, all being in the range '53xx'.

I have been trying using my references to establish the first two digits of the WNr of these aircraft, and I have come to the conclusion that they probably should be Erla built aircraft in the 465000-465400 range.

As far as I can see, the only other 'fitting' WNr ranges would be 165000-166000 and 785000-786000 built at Mtt Regensburg.

I have entered these as ??53xx in my database as of now, but if anyone have further information I would be very grateful.

Regards,
Andreas
