You'll find some data (mainly for the final weeks) in the Canadiana microfilms (Reel T-2422) online at: http://heritage.canadiana.ca/view/oo...22/462?r=0&s=3 from about frame 462 onward.
There's also a lot of partial data in the DEFE 3/ ULTRA series (online at the UK National Archives site) usually for one Luftflotte or another, but it can be pieced together to give a bigger picture. One problem is that they don't always specify whether the numbers are for tonnes or for cubic metres. I long ago compiled the data for the Italian theatre from October 1944 onward, which I could dig out if they are of any use.
