German time - Soviet time

hello members,

Reading the different post, I read everything and its opposite on the hours.
Soviet summer time = German time + 1, +2 ....

Was the exact time this one?

The German time is GMT +1 in winter and GMT + 2 in summer (from 1940 to 1945).
Moscow time is GMT + 2, all year, there is no more summer time since 1921.

Thank you in advance for your answers.
