JG 51 - need help with hand-writing

Hello,

who can help me decipher this hand-writing on the back of the picture? I came across it on a militaria website, gielsmilitaria.com. The 109 is from JG 51.

Now I am trying to find out the crash, just out of curiousity. This looks like a Bf 109 Friedrich to me, and I wonder if the year 1944 on the back of the picture is the year in which this crash took place.
