My conclusion is that the crew went Missing in service while going from Jorhat to Yangkai.
But they all managed to survive. USAAFdata is showing the crew as dead but should been updated with new information. Crew Survived. According to RSwank, the graves is showing 1966 and 2016. From the MACR Report 1243, p22 it's listed that the crew was flying with 77th Squadron / 78th Squadron, Ferry Command / Air Transport Command. In the end of that report, very blury is says "These men are non fatal casualties" JohanSwe
