1st 1./JG77 victory Far North (SB bomber) 24 June 1941
Hi guys
I have not been able to establish the identity of the pilot of 1./JG77 who shot down the first Russian aircraft in the Far North theatre, on 24 June 1941, an SB reconnaissance bomber. One would have thought that this would have been commemorated some way, perhaps in the newspapers? Has anyone any idea? Cheers Brian |
