Bf109 Shot Down 9/10th July 1941
Hi,
Long shot and possible misidentification. A Wellington crew claimed to have shot down a Bf109 over Holland on return from Osnabruck. Their report is pretty detailed and 3 of the crew positively identified a Bf109. My question, any losses that night or reported damaged of a Bf109. And lastly if it was a Bf109, what unit would it have flown with. All bait vague I'm afraid. TIA Steve
