Please see link for the loss record of this aircraft: http://www.ahs.no/ref_db/lw_loss_pub...?lossid=109433 The aircraft Werknummer was originally reported as being 67, but then corrected to 0069. I suspect that your 61 comes from a bad copy of the loss record, Brian. I see that I haven't updated this loss record after I got a better copy myself, so I will do this with regards to the name of the co-pilot. Regards, Andreas
