Plt Off J G Pattison 92 Sqn 23 Sep 40

Can anyone give more details as to what happened to him on the morning of 23 Sep 40. He was wounded in the thigh but did he bale out or did he crash-land? Apparently he was admitted to Preston Hall Hospital, Maidstone
