Hi Rich,
I assume you have the book published by Wing Leader, The Heinkel He 219 A Research Paper (3rd edition) by Ron Francis Ferguson. Also, some of the modeling forums have model kit builders who claim to have examined numerous references, including photos. I do not know how many published and unpublished photos of this aircraft exist. However, I do recall reading that the engine nacelles were placed in a slightly downward angle so that as the speed increased, the lift would bring them up to their correct operating height. Unfortunately, I do not have the reference at hand. |
