T-33 belly-landing in 2011 close to Bitburg AFB
Good evening !
During the days May 28/29 2011 was on the old Bitburg USAF airbase an AirExpo exibition with many commercial a/c. In the afternoon of May 29th, a T-33 aircraft with the civil-registration N123GB received a malfunction during the flight and the crew had to belly into a field just outside the fence of the airfield. Noone was hurt. Can anyone provide me with the USAF-serial-number of this aircraft ?. Thank you very much ! Horst Weber
