Alas, I believe you have been bitten by one of the major problems in Ju 88 Werknummer research, the existence of several Ju 88 14x xxx number series (140 xxx, 141 xxx, 142 xxx , 144 xxx, etc.) plus the annoying Luftwaffe practice of frequently dropping off the "14" when recording these machines. In short, try researching the Ju 88 WNr. 141 096. I suspect that's your kite. RA |
