Good evening Edward - thank you for your kind words. I would be hugely in favour of another print run of the hardback but I'm totally in the hands of the publisher, and regrettably bottom lines play a leading role. I'm relieved that I managed to get the 'first edition' into hardback. A plus point for those who missed out on the hardback is that I was able to do some minor corrections and additions for the softback. Best wishes - and keep well one and all.
