Try:
John Winton, Carrier Glorious: Life and Death of an Aircraft Carrier, Leo Cooper, London, 1986

It has been a while since I read it so I can't remember exact details but seem to remember it did mention names here and there. I don't have my copy to hand but you might also try the RAF Fighter Command Losses book for the relevant period. Again I don't know how useful, but you can try Derry's work on the campaign. It's on the net:
