On april 6 1945 two C-47A-20-DK en route to Y-85 near Frankfurt from the 314TCG were lost in the Hautes Fagnes in Belgium . The crews were Price ( KIA ) pilot Liversidge ( KIA ) co-pilot - Sorrency ( KIA ) navigator - Wolowski ( SAFE ) engineer bailed out - Schnittke ( SAFE ) radio bailed out. Gehrt ( KIA ) piloot Groome ( KIA ) co-pilot - Walsko ( KIA ) engineer - Snodgrass ( KIA ) radio Can someone help me some more on the aircraft and the crews. Greetings Alain57 |
