H.P Heyford incidents

Hi,

Looking for details please ( AM Form 118) on two incidents to 38 Squadron H.P Heyford's in 1936.

K4039 19/03/1936 with 38 Squadron.
K3501 22/08/1936 with 38 Squadron.

Trying to establish the pilots, if possible and any possible injuries.

TIA
