Seeking details of two American Fighter Pilots

Hi,
Am seeking details of two American Pilots that flew in fighters during 1942.
First is P/O. D, D, Gudmundsen. Don't know why he is recorded as a P/O and not a US rank ?
Second pilot is Lt.Breelie.
Both are known to have flown Spitfires with an RAF Squadron in August 1942.

Thanks
Alex
