Here are the details you requested:

3./KG54 Heinkel He111P-2. Shot down by flak and abandoned north-west of Aalst 2.00 p.m. Fw W. Wosczyna baled out but fell dead in Arkel polder. Oberlt K. Brand baled out and captured wounded. Uffz B. Blankenfuland and Gefr H. Boegel both baled out and captured unhurt. Aircraft a write-off.
