In the case of 756 Sq their assigned code was K1 meaning that K1 was always present followed by an individual letter (from A and up) 832 Sq was nowhere close to using a code like this. They used a single digit code 4 followed by an individual letter (A and up) 738 Sq on the other hand DID use the code 1B (digit 1 not letter I) followed by an individual letter (A and up) I have it listed as an Avenger I 1B-M crashed somewhere in the USA. George can probably give you chapter and verse about this one.... Cheers Stig
