link to Fighter Aircaft Extended Range Program

Does anyone have a link to Gen Muir Fairchild's FAREP -1942 follwing Arnold Fighter Conference feb 20 1942?

Or any notes & Reports of the combat tank development and procurement activities of Materiel Command 1942-1943 - other than Boylon's Study 136

Regards,

Bill Marshall
