Hello,

I've moved this link from my post Chinese Aircraft on this board,as I now,rightly or wrongly believe I've identified the aircraft as a Tachikawa KKY-2 Aikoku 241.

However, if anyone has any information as to the significance of the emblem on the fuselage I'd still be very interested.
