Hi Clint. Not really my subject but this is RE7 2286 presentation name "KHAIRPUR" just visible ( a state in modern Pakistan); possibly a short time with 21 Sqn. then to the Southern Air Depot 8 Oct. 1916 for various duties including target-towing (not the ideal choice), the photo may be Hythe. The target cloths were streamed from the port interplane struts hopefully on a long line!
According to Cross and Cockade there was another Khairpur, 2290 with 12 Sqn. in 1915. Their serials were on the fins. Regards Nick |
