Hi - have you tried the Luftwaffe Fliegerhorste 1933-1945 Facebook page? There are some knowledgable people on there.

Also, if I need to find a town or city I try this website which lists more or less all towns and cities in every country around the World, with variations of names as well, especially useful for places like Poland, Russia etc:

I can then usually find the place on google maps
