Hi Stig,
Well B.122 could credibly be eithe r/14 or /15. Even /13 can't be definitively rejected,though it looks like B.122/13 more likely an Aviatik. You'll already have identified it as a Albatros B.I or B.II, but I'd really like a less crumpled wing before opting for either. I don't think the placing of the serial near the top of the rudder is going to help much in identifying the year,but shall have a look at other Albatros images and see if it helps. Not confident though for various reasons. I Hope the seller has more FFA 22 images to come,perhaps with a better view of this Albatros. Regards, Clint |
