Re: Fw 190 expert question

Interesting stuff. I was unaware of the Fw 190 F-16 and D-15, but managed to find some info in the secondary sources listed below. The F-16 was a planned variant with:
There were two prototypes, namely V66 (WNr. 584002) and V67 (WNr. 930516.) Production was supposed to start at NDW in April 1945, but none were completed. Sources:
The D-15 was the last planned Dora variant. It was to be powered by a DB 603 E, with MG 151s and MK 108s in the wings, but no fuselage armament. It was an interim series, intended to avoid disrupting production of the D-12. For more details, see pages 174-187 in:
