I have also recieved the new BCRS Vol 3 and comparing it to my copy of BCRS V3 Mk I it is everything said about it above. however, there are a number of typos in the book that should have been caught by better editing. One hopes this get me sent to a ShAE (penal Aviation Squadron which are mentioned in this book)
