There is (a) Reginald Newton Scott in the London Gazette of 7 Nov 1941: https://www.thegazette.co.uk/London/.../6446/data.pdf
In another LG (24 Sep 1948) it says: Reginald Newton SCOTT ( 394746 ) from Special List ( ex Ind . Army ) Emerg . Commn . , to be Lt. , 8th June 1948 , with seniority 2nd Oct. 1942 . Heading is 'Infantry' with Royal Lincolnshire Regiment. 1st Bn of that Reg't was in Burma. Will look further after social commitments. Leendert Last edited by Leendert; 25th July 2025 at 09:10.
