Luftwaffe action on 20 21 July 1944 in south of France
Hi everyone,
I am looking for a list of the Luftwaffe actions in the South West of France (Toulouse area) on 20 & 21 July 1944 . Why ? the Maquis/résistance in the North East of Toulouse was attacked on 20 July 1944 by several Luftwaffe aircraft and we would like to identify them with precision. It could be KG Bongart (thanks Nick for te info : https://www.ghostbombers.com/Bongart/jul_06.html It could be KG100 Do217 (but which Wnr ? there are no archives of KG100 and Ulfe Balke do not confirm any such action onto the maquis) It could be Ju88 of KG76 (based in Toulouse Francazal) but we have no data .. Any information on flights on 20/21 July 1044 will be welcome BR & happy new year Gilles
