located in Vienna, Austria, I can send virtually anywhere in the world, p&p plus additional taxes might be the limiting factor.

asking price is 45 Euros (I paid 50 in my fav bookstore here in Vienna, when I bought it) plus - as said - packing and postage (there might be several options available, just state what you like and I will do my best to comply).
