Searching for one specific MACR B-24 S/N: 4295142

Hi All,
On July 21st 1944 the B-24, Serial Number 4295142 crashed in South West Germany close to the Swiss border after hit by FLAK tried to make it to Switzerland.
Now I am looking for the MACR in order to identify the entire crew. Plot was Myron Butler. Crew Members probably J. Kinkade, Rasmussen, Conelly, Perry,????
Reason: There are a KU-Report which mixing up the crew with another plane crashed almost in the same area.

I'm interested in the names of entire crew but also where the crew bailed out and where they became POW.

Thanks in advance
Rolf
