Christer Bergström will become famous soon enough
ssg Keay, Kroczynski was first shot down by Steinhoff in May 1941 but survived and returned to service. Then he was shot down a second time - due to Norman Franks's "RAF Fighter Command Losses" on 22 August 1942 (or maybe 20 August 1942, due to Franek Grabowski's post above). It obviously was on the second occasion that his Spitfire came down in France.
