KG100 He177 recce flights from Ålborg via Stavanger?

Sirs,

II./KG100 was station at Aalborg West from the spring of '44 until they were disbanded as a flying unit less than a year later.
According to my references they flew reconnaisance flights over the North sea and this leads me to the question if it was common for them to use Stavanger or Forus as "stepping stone" for refueling before proceeding out to the west and north.
It would be the obvious choice but I have not seen any references describing how these missions actually were accomplished.

Regards,
Kyrre
