Language ID on Argus engine data plate

Can anyone confirm which language it is on this data plate?

My guess is that it is Turkish.

The next obvious question is Why Turkish?

The third question is - How did it end up in Spain?

Could it have been an engine built to a Turkish order that was not delivered for some reason and then exported to Spain?
