Kutscha's Claims

In Meyer & Stipdonk's Die Deutsche Luftwaffe: Eine Bilddokumentation der Luftwaffe von 1939-1945, Zerstörer- und Nachtjagdverbände, Teil 1, there is a photo of the rudder of a Bf 110E purported to be that of Lt. Herbert Katscha of 5./ZG 1. The claims shown thereon are different than the number mentioned in other sources.

The rudder shows 17 bars in the following order:
2 RAF, 2 Dutch, 1 Swiss, 2 RAF, then 10 Soviet

Does anyone have any comment on Kutscha's claims?

Thanks,

Tom
