warming device for aircraft engines

Gentlemen,

I am enclosing a picture from the winter of 1944/45. It was taken in a Hungarian airfield and it must be a special device for warming up aircraft engines in low temperatures. I tried to identify the exact type f the device in a towed equipment book, but that was too schematic publication, without special info on such special devices.

Anyone know the exact type and name of this item?

Thanks in advance,
