Kertsch - Airfields?

There are supposed to be several AFs in the area of Kerch/Crimea. At least, the Lw used at least two names:
- Bagerowo and
- Kertsch IV

Additionally, I found out that an AF in "Kertsch-Katerles" which was used by Lw-transports in early 1943 is todays "Kerch-Voykovo", NE of the city center.

Now, my questions:
Are there other AFs, as indicated by the number "IV"? Is maybe Katerles the same like Bagerowo or "Kertsch IV" or something like that?
