Lt. Baruhardt (sic!) Manheine and Uffz. Hugo Zwiter

These two airmen pilots were the Luftwaffe liaison staff to an ad-hoc Rumanian air force unit based in Rostov-West, in February 1943.

Can anyone tell me any details on these two Luftwaffe airmen?
