Alain,
It appears that the date should be 2 Dec 1944 and not 12 Dec 1944. Target on 12 Dec 1944 for 490th BG was Darmstadt. I heard that the mission on 2 Dec 1944 was completely abandoned due to poor weather. If Koblenz was the target, then the southern part of Belgium the most likely location? Regards, Leendert
