Dear Paul,
The number you supplied is a drawing number for a structure in the aircraft and is NOT a construction number. The construction number plate located in the cockpit has five numbers only. The center number is always 0. Contact me off line and I will provide reference to someone who may be able to assist further with your specific questions.
