SUPPORT WANTED TNA KEW

Dear gents,

Is there anybody who can help me with the obtaining of copies from TNA at Kew ? For some time has there been difficulties for me with the obtaining there. I cannot understand this.
I would be pleased if anyone can support me. Rest by PM.
