Loss of Lt. Geschwill, 9./KG 3, in 1941

Probably in the first months of 1941 Leutnant Heinz Geschwill, Do 17Z - Pilot from 9./KG 3 was shot down by fighters. His bomber crashed and he was heavily wounded (lost one leg), than he stayed more than two years in hospitals and could never fly again.

Can anyone tell me the exactly day of his crash, fate and names of his crewman and other dates?
Lying in a hospital, Lt.Geschwill was decorated with the Knights Cross of the Iron Cross (23.03.1941) for his successes against England 1940/41.
