![]() Hello Everyone,
I try to gather information on french Bomber Amiot143M during the WW2. it appears that A/C have been utilized by the Luftwaffe as transport/cargo A/C in the KG200. In fact, on 20 feb. 1944, the I./KG200 was created to supply to the special services the aerial support by introducing various aircraft. Apparently, the 1st group fleet comprised DC3, B17, B24 but also one french seaplane LeO H246, one Bloch160, one LeO451 and 2 AMIOT 143M! This 2 Bombers were affected to the 3. Erg./KG200 and another one joined the team in april '44. End of June 1944, these 3 A/C were pased out. I would like to have more details on these 3 Amiot 143M during the services in the KG200, especially S/N, photos and utilization during missions. Hence my questions: Do you have reference of books, magazines, websites or photos dealing with the I./KG200 or 3. Erg./KG200 and maybe dealing directly with the Amiot 143? Thanking you in advance Best regards Jerome |
