Were was Horst Carganico born?

Hello
Where was Maj .Horst Carganico of JG5, JG77 who scored 60 kills in WWII (KIFA 27 May 1944) a Knight Cross Winner. born? His father a well known WWI flyer worked in Mexico as a technical consultant to the Mexican Air Force from 1926-1929.
