seaplane training

Is there any good books or websites out there about seaplane training - or even just pilot training in general? I want to know the normal progression for pilots who ended up flying seaplanes for either the navy or air force. If someone can give me the names of the school(s) that dealt with seaplane training - or even anything about training for this discipline - it would be most appreciated.

Regards

Newbie
