We were discussing a bit of Norwegian Mosquito action and I thought I read about the only time Norwegians attacked Norwegian soil during WW2 was when a 333 Sqn Mossie bombed the Flåm railroad. The wreck lies with the tail buried in an estuary in Lake Hartvik and the bottom of the plane is at about 10 meters...
Temperature? Around 12-14C in the summer I guess. In the winter you'd have to saw your way through 1 meter of ice...
