Hallo,

I believe that is an early Ausf G. It has the rounded muzzle brake of the shorter L/43 version of the 75mm gun. The loader's vision port beside the gun appears to be missing, as do the vision ports on the turret side (although those spare tracks make it difficult to be sure !).
