I can add the following.
According to Bundesarchiv RL 10/575 Geschichte NJG 2 + NJG 3 from Döring:
1.11.1944 III./NJG 2 ist umbenannt worden in die IV./NJG 3.
Staffelkapitän 10./NJG 3 ist Hptm Billig.
