Thanks for your efforts. I may already have them in one of my reference books, but just haven't found them yet. If you spot anything anywhere, please let me know. We're so backlogged in getting stuff into the photo DB that I often find that I had the answers all along, but just hadn't got the needed material yet assimilated. Do you know if Boiten's books contain any such photos? Regards,
