The first photo is of He 111H-6 WNr.4975 of the Stab/KG 53, coded A1+BA. The Stammkennzeichen SI+ML remains visible beneath. FF Ltn. Helmut Lorenz, B Uffz. Hermann Ehlers, Bf Uffz. Fritz Pust, Bm Gefr. Heinz Grossmann & Bs Uffz. Fritz Seifert, MIA 28.March 1942 during a mission to Wosnjessenje, cause unknown.

As ever, Ed, thank you for your efforts in posting these. One of my colleagues always says, regarding these collections, "It was on Ed West."
